Parents Night Out/Workshop

Lets Get Together !! Everything You Want to Know About Language Immersion

Our TBIS Parent Night Out/Workshops are special events in which parents (new and current) can come to school and take part in a 45 minute - 1 hour workshop on a topic of interest and then socialize with other parents with food and drink. Meanwhile, students are supervised as they eat pizza, watch a movie or play in a separate room.

Last school year, we held a workshop that focused on how children acquire additional languages and the many advantages of becoming bilingual. Our first workshop this school year will focus on how language immersion programs like ours work and what decades of research tells us about their success.
